UVS, at the request of long established clients, developed and provides secure, state-of-the-art online reporting for clients, on the progress of their VAT recovery. Protected by a login ID and secure passwords, this area on the UVS website is only accessible to UVS clients. Clients can at any time log into their accounts on the UVS website to review their current VAT refund status. They can review online, in real time, what has been submitted, what has been refunded and what refunds are in the pipeline. They can also drill down to obtain detail, if they so wish. The facility also provides clients with information on VAT refunds that applies to their own business, split by the different countries involved in their VAT refund process.
